CivicEngage strengthened civic participation mechanisms in four EU Member States by developing toolkits for local NGOs and community organisations. The project focused on underrepresented communities, providing digital literacy workshops and civic engagement platforms tailored to local contexts.

Golden Blue built a lightweight, multilingual project website that doubled as a resource hub for the 36 community organisations in the project network. The site includes a downloadable toolkit section, event registration, and a community stories feed, all designed for low-bandwidth accessibility to reach participants in rural and underserved areas.

Delivered in two weeks, the website supported the consortium's target of reaching 5,000 direct beneficiaries across the four countries. Post-project evaluation showed that 78% of participating organisations adopted at least one digital tool from the toolkit, and the website remains active as a lasting resource for the civic engagement community.
